Seven cards are dealt to each player at the start of the game, & the remaining deck is set face down in the middle. To begin the discard pile, the top card is turned over. Each player takes turns drawing cards from the dirummyleaderscard pile or deck, & at the conclusion of their turn, they each discard one card. The player does not stop playing until they either exhaust the deck and can make no more plays, or they successfully form sets & runs totaling 7 or multiples of 7 and go out. Playing 777 Rummy demands careful planning and strategic thinking. Gamers must constantly assess their hand to determine which cards to remove from the discard pile, keep, or discard.
