Depending on the variation being played, each player starts the game with a certain number of cards. With one card face-up next to it to begin the discard pilslots 77e, the remaining cards form a face-down draw pile. Each player takes a turn drawing from either pile, after which they each discard one card from their hand. Until one player arranges all of their cards into sets & sequences, calls out "Rummy," and wins, the game goes on. Rummy calls for both strategy and talent.
